An increase in work volume due to higher numbers of children and an extension of care times, unforeseen staff fallout due to illness, holiday cover or maternity leave: I am happy to be able to rely on qualified and experienced partners such as Primajob for staffing services. For them customer proximity in the work with children and parents is still a top priority. Only when the Primajob staff has gathered a practical and on-site experience of the facility and staffing requirements do they recommend potential educators.
For us, the key points in the excellent cooperation are the exact analysis and evaluation of the staff profiles for our staffing needs along with the speed of processing and deployment of suitable profiles. A most welcome aspect is the fact that new staff can “sit in” in our day care centres before a decision is made of whether they can or want to be deployed. Primajob is very much in close contact with our facilities and intensively supervises on-site the provided qualified pedagogical staff. What this means for us is that Primajob shows presence and therefore always has a perfect overview of our current situation as regards our staffing requirements.
