PRIMAJOB strengthens itself in the field of care.
On June 01st, PRIMAJOB GmbH, headquartered in Wiesbaden, took over all business operations as part of an asset deal from the insolvency proceedings of alpha Zeitarbeit-Dresden GmbH. A total of 45 temporary workers, all specialists in the fields of care and education, will continue to be looked after by five employees at the Offenbach and Dresden locations. "We will now implement the migration quickly and are happy about the new colleagues because we want to continuously develop in the care sector. In addition to our branches in Berlin and Hanau, we can thus further expand our market presence in the temporary care and education sector," says Rainer Scarpet, Managing Director of PRIMAJOB GmbH. "We are expanding and the areas of care and education in particular are not only in times of the pandemic, industries with an acute shortage of staff, but also a fundamental focus for our further business development. We have been active in these areas for more than 10 years, have a lot of experience and internal employees who have been with us for many years with their professional specialization.”
"We are pleased that with PRIMAJOB we were able to find an experienced market participant in the bidding process that offers employees long-term future prospects," says the insolvency administrator of alpha Zeitarbeit-Dresden GmbH, lawyer Markus Walter. With the takeover, PRIMAJOB can gain a strong asset in the area of EU recruiting. The recruitment of qualified employees from Greece is a focus of the new Offenbach branch. We know what is important to customers and employees, and we are continuing our expansion both through organic growth and through acquisitions. As an owner-managed group of companies with more than 55 years of market presence, we are specialists in care and education, but are also active in other key areas such as office, transport and industry.
