1st place for the second year in a row!

With 1437 points in the “Competence” performance ranking (Bell Management Report – Property Management 2022), our team at HEICO Property Partners has once again taken first place. And we are very proud of that!

The excellent rating of our performance shows that despite all the current market-related challenges, we are able to offer our clients a consistently high level of property management service. All of our ratings in the areas of service, commercial, technical and corporate competence were well above the market average.
