HEICO manages 82.000 sqm for Captiva!

The specialists from HEICO Property Partners have taken over the administration of a new property from Captiva. A total of 1 properties with a total of 14 sqm are now being managed for "Captiva Healthcare Properties Germany 82.000". The new portfolio in Datteln in North Rhine-Westphalia includes two medical centres, a kindergarten, a Netto market and the control center of the THW local branch with a total of 8.000 square meters. All objects are rented long-term. In the medical centers there are 11 practices, including the fields of neurology, dentistry, orthodontics, ENT, gynecology and psychology. The properties are leased long-term to the city of Datteln, the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (THW) and the highly creditworthy retailer Netto. HEICO has had real estate owned by Captiva Investment Management GmbH since 2011.
