HEICO – Renovation of the EDEKA market in Schüttorf with 3.000 m² successfully completed!

The extensive renovation of the EDEKA store in Schüttorf has now been successfully completed by the HEICO Investment Management GmbH team. After less than three months of intensive renovation work, the EDEKA store of the L. Stroetmann Group shone in new splendor on March 21, 2024. With a total area of ​​3.000 m², the market offers its customers an even better shopping experience in a modern, contemporary atmosphere with over 20.000 different items.

The Schüttorf retail park is a sustainably established retail park with anchor tenants EDEKA, Lidl and Rossmann and has a total area of ​​more than 6.300 m². The retail park is one of the 30 properties currently in the portfolio of HEICO Investment Management GmbH.

“The purchase of further properties is planned,” says Thorsten Beckmann, Managing Director of HEICO Investment Management GmbH. “We invest in new, planned or existing retail properties with a focus on supermarkets, discounters, self-service department stores or network properties such as small retail parks with anchor tenants from the food retail sector. We invest between two and 20 million euros per property. We particularly focus on locations that are very important for basic services in the respective catchment area, such as the EDEKA market in Schüttdorf.”
