New object in the administration.
The specialists from HEICO have taken over the commercial and technical property management of component A of the “LEIQ” site in Offenbach, on behalf of the HT Group. Component A has approximately 14.000 m² of CO₂-neutral office space throughout. The tenant of the building is DANFOSS GmbH, a developer in energy technology.
The entire object disposes over more than 27.000 m2, 313 parking spaces in its own garage, including 25% e-charging stations. The modern property with energy-optimized rooms is conveniently located at Nordring 144/ Goethering 60+66 in Offenbach am Main. The LEIQ is designed to be completely CO₂-neutral and equipped with unique building technology. This means fewer CO₂ emissions for the environment and therefore lower additional costs for tenants.
Component A is being managed by our HEICO team from the Mainz branch. It is the first property that HEICO has taken on for the HT Group.
