HEICO buys a retail park in Kolbermoor, Upper Bavaria.

HEICO Investment Management GmbH, a specialist in retail properties with a food anchor, has acquired a retail park in Kolbermoor, Upper Bavaria, near Rosenheim, for an institutional fund. The seller of the property at Rosenheimer Straße 54-60b is a family office from Ravensburg. The two contracting parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume. The property, which is located on a 19.000 m² plot, has 5.400 m² of rental space, spread across eight shops. The anchor tenants of the retail park, which was built in 2007 and is fully rented, are Müller, Netto and Lidl. The share of fast-moving consumer goods is around 80 percent. There are also around 200 parking spaces. JLL advised HEICO and brokered the transaction.
