HEICO strengthens its Property Management department.

Robert Friedrich – new to the HEICO Property Partners team.

Robert Friedrich has been Head of Property Management at HEICO Property Partners since April 01. Alongside long-time Head of Property Management Marcus Effenberger, he will complement this management role and serve as the central contact for the teams in Wiesbaden and Ratingen.

After completing his engineering degree in technical facility management at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, he began his career at Apleona Real Estate GmbH. He then moved to HIH Property Management GmbH, where he assumed responsibility for a broad portfolio of properties as branch manager. Most recently, he worked for the IC Immobilien Group as a branch manager in Frankfurt, where he and his team managed commercial properties and residential complexes for several years. With his extensive experience in property management of large portfolios, he will be a valuable addition to the HEICO Property Partners team.
