Cooperation in Leipzig: Earth & Flight Composites Training & Consultancy

Earth & Flight Composites Training & Consultancy offers composite fabrication and repair training throughout the world, consultation services aimed at conducting projects, or technical/engineering support to provide problem-solving approaches for existing programs or new projects. Our team has more than three decades of experience in the field of Advanced Composites.

EFC is located at the Amsterdam Airport College named ROCvA (Regional Community College of Amsterdam). It is an aviation-related college in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam, about 5 minutes away from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. In cooperation with HEICO Aircraft Maintenance in January 2019, we will use a designated training area in the HEICO Maintenance facility as a training location for all courses as shown on our website.  https://www.efcomposites.com/partners-of-efc/

 


Non Destructive Testing


In our workshop or on a plane somewhere in Europe ...

Our team consists of highly specialized and experienced inspectors in the field of non-destructive material testing, performing component and on-aircraft testing. We contribute with high flexibility and mobility to your daily maintenance process.  We are also available on an ad-hoc basis when you need to perform component inspection tasks on your aircraft throughout Europe. We are ready to support you with:

  • Mobile team of NDT experts for on-aircraft testing
  • Experienced level 3 and level 2 NDT inspectors for shop and on-aircraft inspection of structural components on large and small aircraft as well as helicopters
  • Extensive mobile testing equipment according to EN4179/NAS410
  • Performing magnetic particle test (MT), penetrant test (PT), eddy current test (ET) and ultrasonic test (UT) as well as the infrared inspection (IRT) through our partner
  • Mobile ad-hoc and regular checks on aircraft throughout Europe
