Your tasks

  • Supporting the technical property management in all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Taking care of tenants and processing enquiries, reports of defects and complaints
  • Creation, tracking and editing of processes and appointments
  • Preparatory invoice processing
  • Processing incoming mail and agreeing on further measures
  • Dealing with any correspondence
  • Data collection and maintenance

Your profile

  • Commercial or technical training
  • Experience in property management preferred
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Safe and binding demeanor
  • Strong understanding of service and customer orientation
  • Experienced handling of the common MS Office package
