To continue our dynamic growth, we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Identifying new market potential and business areas, as well as developing and implementing suitable strategies for sustainable business development
  • Acquisition of new customers in the field of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and expansion and maintenance of global networks with customers, partners, manufacturers and authorities.
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of individual solutions
  • Coordination and creation of complex proposals and implementation of successfully acquired projects into the operational units
  • Preparation of regular reports and analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of suitable measures to achieve the targets.
  • Direct reporting line to management

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, sales or project management, ideally in an (aeronautical) technical field characterized work environment
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action with a high service orientation, as well as negotiation skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
