- Planning and organization of operations
- Scheduling and assignment of cleaning orders to employees
- On-time planning of cleaning jobs
- Continuous optimization of the utilization of the cleaning teams to reduce downtimes
- Planning of the required resources and materials
- Communication with customers and other contact persons
- Tracking and documentation of working hours
Your profile
- Experience from a similar work environment, such as logistics, scheduling, cleaning, etc.
- Independent and structured way of working with high social skills
- Reliability, a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
- Willingness to work in shifts, including Sundays and public holidays
- Driving license desirable
- Very good computer skills
