- Monitoring and implementation of legal requirements in occupational health and safety and environmental protection as well as conducting risk assessments, instructions and training
- Development and support of measures to prevent accidents and promote safety awareness, including support of inspections, audits and contacts with authorities in the HSE area
- Ensuring compliance with aviation-specific quality standards according to EASA Part-145, EN 9110 and internal regulations
- Participation in internal and external audits, e.g., by aviation authorities or customers
- Analysis of deviations, creation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as well as maintenance and further development of the quality management system
- Training of employees in quality and process standards to promote consistent quality awareness within the company
Your profile
- Technical training or studies with additional qualification HSE/QM
- Recognition as an occupational safety specialist and experience in aviation MRO or a comparable industry desirable
- Good knowledge of EASA Part-145, EN/AS 9110, ISO 9001, ArbSchG, DGUV etc.
- Solid written and spoken English skills
- Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with QMS and HSE software
