- Contact for customers, tenants and service providers in all matters of technical and infrastructural building operation
- Support and control of conversion projects, maintenance and renovation measures
- Planning, organizing and monitoring repair and maintenance work as well as prescribed tests on buildings and building services systems
- Control and management of FM service providers and other trades
- Carrying out property inspections and creating documentation
- Operation and monitoring of technical and other systems/equipment
- Carrying out regular inspection rounds to identify and eliminate defects and other faults and create documentation
- Execution, or monitoring and documentation of infrastructural services such as outdoor facility maintenance, green maintenance work, support for winter service, etc.
Your profile
- Completed training in the trade (electrical, gas/water or comparable) and/or professional experience in the field of building services
- Knowledge of the application of regulations and standards in the field of building technology
- Skilled craftsmanship
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor
- conscientious and independent way of working
- Experienced handling of the common MS Office package
- Driving license class B
