- Contact person for customers, tenants and service providers in all technical matters of the managed real estate portfolio (commercial real estate)
- Controlling and managing the building services staff, FM service providers and other trades
- Carrying out property inspections and creating documentation
- Planning, organizing and monitoring repair and maintenance work, as well as prescribed tests on buildings and building services systems
- Project management for construction / conversion / renovation and technical construction measures
- Supporting commercial property managers with technical issues and reporting
Your profile
- First professional experience in technical object management of commercial real estate or comparable work environment
- Technical or manual training or studies
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Confident and reliable appearance, as well as a strong understanding of service and customer orientation
- Experienced handling of the common MS Office package
