- Identifying damage to aircraft components and determining the appropriate repair procedures and required materials
- Safe and efficient handling of manufacturer specifications, relevant repair documentation, work orders and drawings
- Safe execution of repair work on sheet metal components of aircraft using standard procedures (drilling, riveting, sawing, edge processing, bending)
- Inspection of the work performed using testing and measuring equipment
- Preparation of the required technical documentation for all repair work carried out
- Simultaneous processing of various orders and ensuring timely completion
- Care and maintenance of tools
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a sheet metal worker or steelworker specializing in sheet metal fabrication; or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in carrying out sheet metal-related repair work in the aviation sector according to SRM or CMM standards
- Strong quality awareness and forward-looking business practices
- Experience in using technical documentation
- Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills, high level of social skills, German and English skills, both written and spoken, confident handling of MS Office applications, class B driver's license
