We want to set up and expand quality management for the operational commercial processes and are looking for you as a quality manager (m/f/d) who thinks in a structured way and acts independently for our headquarters in Wiesbaden.

 

Your tasks

  • Support in the development and expansion of quality management for operational commercial processes
  • Superordinate monitoring of the efficient and sustainable processing of the operative commercial processes, as well as the documentation
  • Identification of the need for adjustment or implementation of new processes and working towards a corresponding implementation
  • Participation and work in the onboarding process of new mandates/properties (start-up) with regard to master data collection and quality of the documents to be taken over
  • Appreciative contact with colleagues, customers and service providers

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial Apprenticeship / degree or comparable qualification, ideally in the real estate industry
  • First professional experience preferably in real estate management
  • Strong process and system understanding
  • Coordination, problem-solving and self-control skills
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, fun in teamwork and a pronounced customer and service orientation are required
