Your tasks

Acquiring new customers and looking after our regular customers
Competent advisor and binding contact person for customers and employees
Responsible for the smooth running of customer assignments
Confident handling of various recruitment channels such as job boards and social media
Applicant management from recruitment to hiring
Personnel administration in compliance with labor and collective bargaining regulations

Your profile

You know and love employee leasing
Several years of experience in personnel dispatch
High competence in sales
Knowledge of the industry software Landwehr (L1)
Team player with a good mood
