Your tasks

  • Advice and support for employees, specialists and managers in personnel matters
  • Applicant management and recruiting activities for specialists in the areas of real estate, aviation and human resources services
  • Processing of employee arrivals and departures, management of employee data and personnel files
  • Preparation of contracts, additional agreements and other documents
  • Preparation of job references, personnel statistics and reports

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in human resources
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Strong service orientation and a great sense of responsibility
  • Convincing appearance and an open-minded, communicative personality
  • Reliability, discretion and care
