- Several years of professional experience in project management from a similar work environment with a focus on commercial real estate
- Studies to become a civil engineer/architect or technical training in the construction sector with additional qualifications
- Independent, responsible and flexible way of working
- Confident demeanor, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Confident use of all MS Office applications
