As a certified MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) provider in the aviation industry, HEICO Aircraft Maintenance stands for the highest technical standards, reliability, and safety. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated individual to Support in the area of ​​occupational safety and quality management (HSE & QM).

Your tasks

  • Support in the implementation of legal requirements in the areas of occupational health and safety and environmental protection
  • Participation in the preparation and maintenance of risk assessments, operating instructions and training documents
  • Organization and documentation of instructions and training
  • Support with inspections, internal audits and preparation and follow-up of contacts with authorities in the HSE area
  • Maintenance of QM documents and support in compliance with aviation-specific standards (e.g. EASA Part-145, EN 9110)
  • Recording and tracking deviations and contributing to the creation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Maintenance of data and documents in QM and HSE software solutions
  • General administrative activities within the framework of quality and safety management

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Experience in occupational safety or quality management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV, ISO 9001)
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with QMS or HSE systems
  • Careful, structured and independent working style
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English language skills, both written and spoken
