- Supervision of support requests for our real estate software (iX-Haus/ iX-Haus Plus) and our DMS (DocuWare). Knowledge of the respective software is an advantage, but not a must.
- Qualification and analysis of complex issues in virtual environments
- Provision of individual solutions, partly in cooperation with teammates
- Processing of inquiries using remote tools, mail and telephone (no call center work)
- Documentation of the processing steps in the central ticket system
- Coordination and cooperation with the software manufacturer
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT IT clerk (m/f/d) or similar training, lateral entrants are also welcome
- First experience in customer / IT support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Good communication skills in German
- Service and customer oriented demeanor
