- Creating and editing reports in the iX-Haus plus reporting portal
- Obtaining offers for remedying defects
- Scheduling / registration and organization of accompanying fault elimination
- Preliminary review of invoices for commissioned services
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in real estate management, crafts or a similar task is desirable
- Independent and customer-oriented action
- Confident use of MS Office
