- Preparing, creating and delivering utility bills for complex residential and commercial properties
- Evaluation of leases with regard to apportionable costs
- Maintenance of billing-relevant master data
- Answering tenant inquiries and processing objections
- Preparing and checking heating bills
- Close cooperation with property management and accounting
- Creation and review of purchaser statements
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with a real estate background
- Several years of professional experience in the field of utility billing
- Experience with the System IX house desirable
- Structured and responsible way of working with an eye for details
- Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Good understanding of numbers
