- Regular review and analysis of building conditions to identify maintenance and repair needs
- Coordination of maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers
- Management of maintenance budgets
- Development and implementation of building optimization strategies
- Overseeing construction and renovation projects from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental regulations
- Reporting on property condition and performance
Your profile
- Completed degree in engineering, architecture or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in technical real estate management desirable
- Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating service providers and contractors
- Negotiation skills and communication skills
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information in an understandable way
