- Overall technical responsibility for commercial real estate
- Create, manage, optimize and monitor compliance with service and maintenance plans
- Close coordination with tenants and owners of properties
- Ensuring compliance with general safety regulations and official requirements/regulations
- Planning, assignment and control of technical services

- Experienced handling of the common MS Office package, desirable iX-Haus Plus and Docuware
- Willingness to travel on business and a category B driver's license
