We have a wide range of experience in the repair and overhaul of structural components made of sheet metal and fiber composite materials. Our highly specialized specialists place particular emphasis on high-end repair techniques and individual solutions for damage beyond the SRM/CMM limits. The precise monitoring and maintenance (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) of aircraft is our core business. The MRO market has developed positively in recent years and we have developed with it. As an EASA, FAA, UK CAA, TCCA Part-145 certified MRO service provider, we are the leading provider of this service in Europe. We are qualified for the repair of structural components according to C1, C4, C6, C7, C8, C9, C14 and C20 - as well as the services for non-destructive testing of components and aircraft structures according to D1.

Non-destructive testing – NDT
Regular and ad hoc NDT inspections – in our workshop or on-site at your location. Our NDT team works with the latest generation of testing equipment. All inspections are carried out by our highly experienced Level II technicians.

Our cabin mechanics have a wide range of experience in the field of repair, modification and refurbishment of cabin components for a wide variety of aircraft types:
- Restoration, repair and modification of seats
- Refurbishment of cabin interior panels
- Refurbishment of on-board kitchens, toilet cabins and storage areas
- Application of leather, decorative foils and veneers
Leipzig location
For eight years now, our specialists from more than 10 nations have been providing on-site repairs and non-destructive testing of aircraft structures. Our MRO facility is located just minutes from Leipzig Airport (LEJ), one of Europe's largest cargo hubs.
By the end of 2026, we will be back in our modern new hall: On the 6000 square meter space, our various specialist departments – structure & composite repair and ndt (non-destructive testing) – can now process our customer orders in a modern environment. The most important investments in our new facility are a 5-ton crane system, which enables us to handle particularly large components, such as the GE90 engine's thrust reverser with a diameter of >4 meters or landing flaps up to 9 meters long and 4 meters wide. This also includes the new large-scale paint shop for the complete painting of large aircraft components. And as a modern workplace, our hall will once again be highly valued by all employees after the reconstruction. Although we are currently back in our old location, we are already looking forward to the future and returning to our new hall!
