Non-destructive testing (NDT) is critical to the safety and reliability of aircraft. These special procedures enable us to detect material defects and structural defects without compromising the integrity of the components. Our highly qualified team of NDT specialists uses the latest technologies and methods to ensure that all safety standards are met. Rely on our expertise to identify potential risks early and extend the service life of your aircraft.

As one of the leading aircraft structure repair organizations in Europe, we conduct a required Ultra-Sonic water coupled phased array NDT inspection on the LPC fan blades of a Rolls Royce Trent 700 Engine. Due to LP compressor blades release on Airbus A330 Trent700, Rolls Royce published Service Bulletin RB211-72-AH465. NDT Ultra-Sonic phased array is the recommended solution of fatigue material detection. The engine shop visit interval is too large since the inspection of fan blades is required every 1200 cycles.
