Our new facility – A milestone for growth and efficiency! Comprehensive possibilities for the repair of composite materials, the repair of sheet metal struc-tures and non-destructive testing.
In early 2024, we moved into our new location in Schkeuditz, near Leipzig Airport, Germany. Our state-of-the-art facility has been specifically designed to meet the needs of aircraft component maintenance. With a total area of approx. 6000 square meters, we will not only be able to offer a high-quality repair service, but also expand our repair portfolio extensively, especially in the pro-cessing of large components. Our latest investment in a combination paint booth with a semi-down-draught system will also ensure that we can meet our customers‘ requirements even more compre-hensively. HEICO’s three pillars of experiences in sheet metal & composite repair and NDT which has been built during the last 25years provides us with new opportunities for our future success and ex-panding our business to position as a leading MRO organisation in Europe.

Component Repair Services
We are providing repair solutions for high-end composites technology or sheet metal structures. Ac-cording to internal approval process of Capability List, there is no limitation on component re-pair within terms of approval. Furthermore, we are offering repair solutions outside of SRM/CMM-limits and developing repair schemes together with design organisation and/or EASA Part-21J partner. Our highly experienced and qualified technicians ensure repairs are performed according to highest quality standards.
