HEICO manages another 30.000 sqm for KanAm Grund

HEICO Property Partners has taken over the commercial and technical management for further properties of the KanAm Ground Group. The "Sophienkontor" at Sophienblatt 40 in Kiel was acquired by the KanAm Grund Group for the special fund "Fokus Norddeutschland". It is located in the center of Kiel, has almost 6.400 square meters and is fully let. These include the health insurance company: Innovationskasse (formerly IKK Nord), Noctua Advisors, and Datev. In Munich, there will be an office property at Haidelweg 46-48 with approx. 5.400 sqm, the Techpark at Raiffeisenallee 3 in Oberhaching with approx. 12.500 sqm and a wholesale hall with approx. 5.600 sqm at Valentin Linhofstrasse 11 with single Tenant Raab Karcher, on that. All properties are almost fully rented.

For the specialists from HEICO, the Sophienkontor is the sixth property of the KanAm Grund Group, for which they have taken over the administration in the two-year collaboration.
