HEICO manages another property for LUWIN! 

In July, HEICO took over the commercial and technical management of another property in Berlin from LUWIN REAL Estate. The property at Kurfürstendamm 195-196/Bleibtreustr. 23 is located in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district, one of the inner-city districts of Berlin, in a central location on Kurfürstendamm. The property has a total of 15.300 square meters and 77 parking spaces and is almost completely rented. The ensemble-defining and listed office and commercial building from the 60s was revitalized in 2013. Consisting of a tower building, a block building and a new building, the property offers office space as well as retail space. The property also includes underground parking spaces on two floors.
