- Regular creation and maintenance of maintenance and inspection plans for each property
- Obtaining offers for testing services for submission and approval from technical property management
- Request contracts for maintenance from the service provider and negotiate services
- Create and send orders and payment orders
- Scheduling, registering and organizing support for maintenance
- Evaluation of the maintenance and test reports for completeness and defects
- Storage of maintenance documentation and recording of defects
- Preliminary check of the invoices for commissioned services within the framework of the competence guideline
Your profile
- Completed commercial, technical or comparable training
- Initial professional experience in technical building management of commercial real estate or in a similar work environment desirable

- Independent and responsible way of working
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Experienced handling of the common MS Office package, iX-Haus Plus and Docuware desirable
