Your tasks

  • Ensuring timely and flawless processing of all personnel-related issues
  • Keep track of working hours and absenteeism
  • Collection and maintenance of master data in the L1 system and in the personnel files
  • Supervision of interested parties, applicants and employees
  • Support with applicant management and with interview and hiring appointments
  • Support in disposition, organization and coordination of assignments

Your profile

  • Completed commercial Training with affinity for the area of ​​human resources
  • Experience in the field of human resources or temporary work
  • Independent, structured way of working and high goal orientation
  • Confident and friendly personality with a high service orientation
  • Good MS Office knowledge
