- Independent management of complex properties
- First point of contact for tenants and owners, as well as for asset management
- Recording and checking the tenant inventory data
- Monitor tenant payments
- Carrying out rent adjustments based on indexing and graduated rents

- Creation of monthly and quarterly reports
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the field of property management
- Commercial real estate experience desirable
- Commercial training/study with a real estate background (real estate agent, real estate specialist or comparable)
- Careful and responsible way of working
- MS Office package, ideally iX-Haus
