- Support the property manager in all administrative and organizational tasks

- Independent management of smaller properties
- Taking care of tenants and processing enquiries, reports of defects and complaints
- Creation, tracking and editing of processes and appointments
- Creation of invoices and long-term rental invoices
- Accounting of invoices
- Checking incoming payments and carrying out dunning runs in consultation with the property managers
- Processing incoming mail and agreeing on further measures
Your profile
- Commercial training or studies with a real estate background
- Professional experience in the field of real estate management, as a legal and notary clerk (m/f/d) or a similar task
- Independent and customer-oriented way of working
- Confident use of MS Office
